David is a Managing Partner at Green Dock and Chairman of our partner firms Big Shoulder Capital and PPL Group. He has worked in the world of asset-monetization for many years, and his knowledge of commercial assets includes metal fabrication, plastics, woodworking, construction, printing/bindery, shipbuilding, healthcare, mining, and aircraft.
David has built his career on executing lucrative industrial deals. After he and a partner purchased Perfection Machinery in the early 1980’s, he grew the company into the largest used machinery dealer in the country. In the early 2000’s, he founded PPL Group LLC, an industrial equipment auctioneer and later Big Shoulders Capital, which buys and revitalizes struggling manufacturers. Industrial real estate has been pivotal in David’s biggest deals over the last 10 years, which is why he’s made that the focus of his current venture, Green Dock.

Bill is a Managing Partner at Green Dock and the founder and CEO of our partner firm, Capital Recovery Group. Bill has earned a reputation as a respected leader in the industrial auction industry. Bill and his team travel the globe, deploying their expertise to create liquidity for the most complex industrial facilities and distressed assets. Renowned for his keen intellect, unparalleled deal-making acumen, and tireless work ethic, he is widely recognized as an industry leader. His focus is on structuring innovative, win-win solutions that solve pressing problems and mitigate risks. Throughout his career, Bill has purchased and sold over 10M SF of industrial real estate and his entities currently own and manage 1.5M SF on over 600 acres of heavy industrial land. Applying his expertise now to Green Dock, Bill brings with him an extensive network and existing channels for deal flow.
A trusted advisor, his clients extend from North America to South America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. In addition to membership, he serves on the Boards of numerous professional organizations and is involved in several philanthropic endeavors. He enjoys lecturing at the Isenberg School of Management at University of Massachusetts, where he received his degree.

Jacob joined Green Dock as a Partner in 2023. His expertise in real estate valuation, asset management, and asset stabilization allows the team to identify opportunistic investments and implement value-add strategies. He specializes in equity, debt, and structured credit investments in industrial real estate assets. Jacob previously served on the Industrial Logistics team at Eastdil Secured advising sovereign wealth funds, REITs, and private equity firms on complex portfolio and M&A transactions of $100M – $3.5B in gross asset value. Prior to Eastdil Secured, he underwrote and monitored B-piece commercial mortgage-backed securities across all major asset classes and geographies for Rialto Capital.
Jacob’s network of real estate contacts spans numerous markets and sectors. He graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Legal Studies and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

Glen joined Green Dock as Head of Asset Management following a 32-year career with a leading North American fine printed papers producer. His tenure in the paper industry included leadership of numerous operating units and facility management with full P&E responsibilities. Following his time with Billerud, Glen oversaw the repositioning of two mill sites in Luke, MD and Wisconsin Rapids, WI managing all aspects of the deals including multi-faceted equipment sales, demolition projects, and real estate dispositions.
Glen has a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from West Virginia University.

Ish is a seasoned financial executive and CPA with more than three decades of experience guiding financial strategy, investment analysis, and capital management across the real estate, industrial, and telecommunications sectors. As CFO, he oversees the firm’s financial operations, supporting disciplined underwriting, transaction structuring, and asset repositioning.
Before joining the firm, Ish served as CFO for several private and growth-stage companies, overseeing integrations, acquisitions, and international expansions across the U.S. and abroad. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut.
